Chicken Casserole
Chicken potato and carrot baked in oven
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breast with bone
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Potato
- ½ Green bell pepper
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper corns
- ¼ Teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 Teaspoon leaf masala
- 2 Teaspoons chicken spice
- 2 Bayleafs
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- Fry chopped onion, green pepper,bayleafs,coriander and pepper corns.
- Add cut up chicken sliced carrots until chicken is sealed all around.
- Add the carrots, masala and chicken spice and fry stirring until spices change color.
- Add the potatoes and cook slowly with 1 cup of water.
- Cook only until done about 20 min.
- Don't cook to long otherwise Chicken will be dry and tough.
- Put every thing in oven proof dish and cover with lid.
- Bake in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 min.
- Serve with rice and your choice of vegetables.
