Sweet pastry for tart shells
Ingredients
- 292 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 540 g Cake Flour
- 2 Eggs
Method
- Mix Egg, Butter and Sugar well.
- Add the flour and mix until flour is incorporated.
- Chill for 1 hour before using.
- Roll on a floured surface and line a dish.
- Line with baking paper and fill with beans.
- Bake at 180ºc for 8 minutes.
- Remove the paper and press holes with a fork.
- Return to the oven at 180ºc for 9 minutes or until edge start to take color.
