Fudge icing
Fudge icing nearly like a frosting no cooking
Ingredients
- 60 g Butter
- 400 ml Sugar
- 20 ml coco
- 80 g white Chocolate
Method
- With a Coffee grinder or spice mill grind sugar to a powder.
- Mix together Butter, coco and sugar.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Add melted Chocolate and mix well.
- Use immediately as icing will set after about 20 minutes.
