Chocolate ganache
Ganache with a lot of uses made with semisweet chocolate and only 2 ingedients
Ingredients
- 100 g Semisweet chocolate
- 120 ml Fresh cream
Method
- Bring cream to the boil.
- Pour hot Cream over chocolate pieces.
- stir until all chocolate is melted.
- The colder the Ganache gets the thicker the constancy will be.
