Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- ¼ Onion
- 1 ml Ground dry ginger
- 2 ml Black pepper
- 1 ml Crushed red chilly
- Juice of one lemon
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- Mash the avocado well.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
To be done before serving because it will discolor a bit.
Serve with pita bread.
