Yoghurt tart
Baked tart with yoghurt
Ingredients
- 400 g Yogurt ( i use vanilla flavor)
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g White sugar
- 3 Tablespoons cake flour
- 1 Green lime (for decoration)
Method
- Pre heat oven to 175 °c
- Mix egg and sugar well dissolve the sugar .
- Add the cake flour and whisk to get lumps out.
- Add the yogurt and mix well.
- Pour into 20 x 3 ½ cm oven proof dish.
- Bake at 175oc for 60 minutes don't let it get color but be sure the tart is set.
- The tart will be blown up from the heat and will go down not to be worried.
- Turn out once cooled.
- Decorate with thin slices of lime.
- leave till cool and serve.
- Keep refrigerated.
serve 10 slices.
