Yoghurt tart

Baked tart with yoghurt

Ingredients

  •  400 g Yogurt ( i use vanilla flavor)
  •  4 Eggs
  • 100 g White sugar
  •  3 Tablespoons cake flour
  •  1 Green lime (for decoration)

Method

  •  Pre heat oven to 175 °c
  • Mix egg and sugar well dissolve the sugar .
  •  Add the cake flour and whisk to get lumps out.
  •  Add the yogurt and mix well.
  • Pour into 20 x 3 ½ cm oven proof dish.
  • Bake at 175oc for 60 minutes don't let it get color but be sure the tart is set.
  • The tart will be blown up from the heat and will go down not to be worried.
  •  Turn out once cooled.
  •  Decorate with thin slices of lime.
  • leave till cool and serve.
  •  Keep refrigerated.

   serve 10 slices.
