Curried potatoes.
Potatoes cooked in a curry sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 Teaspoons curry powder
- 1 Onion
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- Chop the onion and fry but don't brown.
- Diced the potatoes and add.
- Add ½ a cup of water.
- Add the curry powder and cook/fry until potatoes is soft.
- Serve hot as a vegetable dish.
