Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 ml salt
- 2 ml Course black pepper
- 2 ml Fine Nutmeg
- 40 ml cream
- ½ Cup Milk
Method
- Cook the potatoes until soft.
- Remove soft potatoes from water and put in dish.
- Add spices and butter.
- Mash the potato add the cream little at a time and mix in well.
If a softer consistency is needed add more cream.
For a vegetarian dish leave out the butter and replace cream with coconut milk.
Serve 4 portions
