Mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  •  4 Potatoes
  •  1 ml salt
  •  2 ml Course black pepper
  • 2 ml Fine Nutmeg
  •  40 ml cream
  •  ½ Cup Milk

Method

  •  Cook the potatoes until soft.
  •  Remove soft potatoes from water and put in dish.
  •  Add spices and butter.
  •  Mash the potato add the cream little at a time and mix in well.

 If a softer consistency is needed add more cream.

For a vegetarian dish leave out the butter and replace cream with coconut milk.

Serve 4 portions
