Choc mint caramel cake
Chocolate cake with caramel butter icing topped with peppermint chocolate
Ingredients
- 3 Layers of chocolate cake (Recipe on web site under cakes)
- Caramel icing (recipe on web site under icings )
- 1 Peppermint crisp chocolate®
Method
- Sandwich the cake together using room temperature icing. Cover the top and the sides.
- Using from the same caramel icing pipe a border around the cake.
- Coarsely chop the chocolate (refrigerate it to make it more brittle) and sprinkle onto cake in a thick layer
- Serve at room temperature
