Cous - Cous

Cous - Cous tomato, cucumber and cheese

Ingredients

  •  1 Cup Cous- Cous (uncooked)
  •  2 Tomatoes
  • 1  English cucumber
  • 100 g Grated Cheddar cheese
  •  2 ml Black pepper
  • Pinch of Salt

Method

  •  Cook Cous – Cous following direction on packet.
  •  Cut and drain tomato and cucumber.
  •  Add tomato, cucumber and cheddar cheese to cooked and cooled Cous – Cous.
  •  Add the black pepper and salt.
  •  Toss to mix but don't mash.
  •  Serve chilled.

May be served as a side dish or on pita bread.
