Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cous- Cous (uncooked)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 English cucumber
- 100 g Grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 ml Black pepper
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- Cook Cous – Cous following direction on packet.
- Cut and drain tomato and cucumber.
- Add tomato, cucumber and cheddar cheese to cooked and cooled Cous – Cous.
- Add the black pepper and salt.
- Toss to mix but don't mash.
- Serve chilled.
May be served as a side dish or on pita bread.
