Ingredients
- 1 Tin Chick peas ( 425 g drained weight 244 g )
- 1 Cup Chick pea flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Onion
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 4 Teaspoons Cumin
- Oil for frying
Method
- Chop onion.
- Add onion to flour.
- Add baking powder and spices and mix.
- Add drained chick peas.
- Add a little water to form a stiff dough.
- Drop teaspoons full in oil ond fry until brown.
Serve hot as side dish or on platter
